How to Get there:
Kathandu to Mude, Dolakha (106km):
Public bus is the easiest way to travel to Mude. We can get direct bus from Kathmandu to Mude. The bus is available at Ratnapark at 6 AM and 9AM in the morning. The bus takes 5 Hrs to reach Mude. Also you can take your private vehicle to Mude. After having Lunch at Mude you can start hiking to Shailung which is 3 hrs hike. I recommend to go on a ride through Motor bike which makes your ride more adventurous and fun.
You can also stop your hike at Dhunche and start next day trip from dhunche so that you can have a glimpse of Sunrise in the morning. If you are on a private vehicle then there is a motorable road till Dhunche.
While on the way to Shailung we can enjoy beautiful villages like Deurali. Deurali is a small town where you can have tea break.
